About the site

The content on teampilot.se is general information about our services. We work to keep it accurate and up to date, but it does not constitute a quote or advice for any specific case. Prices, scope and delivery times are always confirmed in writing in a quote or agreement.

Booked meetings

A booked meeting is free of charge and without obligation. If you need to reschedule or cancel, simply reply to the invitation or email contact@teampilot.se. We'll do the same if something unforeseen comes up on our end.

Events and registration

  • Our open events are free of charge and places are limited. If you can't attend, please let us know so the place can be passed on.
  • We may need to reschedule or cancel an event. Registered attendees will be notified as early as possible.
  • Photography or recording may take place at events. We'll let you know in advance and respect anyone who'd rather not be included.

Assignments and delivery

Agent development, training and support are delivered under a separate agreement. The agents are built in your own Microsoft 365 environment, which means licences, consumption and access to your systems remain with you, while we're responsible for what we build and for the handover.

You own the configuration, the prompts and the material we produce as part of the assignment. Our general methods, templates and frameworks remain ours and may be reused with other customers.

Liability

Agents are built on language models and may produce answers that need checking. Decisions with legal, financial or medical significance should always be reviewed by a person. Our liability is governed by the agreement for each assignment and does not cover indirect damage, loss of profit or consequential loss.

Intellectual property

The content on the site, including text, images and design, belongs to TeamPilot. You're welcome to quote us with a clear source reference and link, but not to republish whole texts without our consent.

Governing law

Swedish law applies. Disputes that cannot be resolved by agreement are settled by a Swedish general court.
